This brand-new hotel offers good choice of fairly quiet rooms. The location is perfect and good, it's just off Kazakhstan, and Almaty. The place to have lunch not too far away from the property is Entrecote. They have a roof top bar. Recommend the hotel.

This brand-new hotel was the best base for good rest. We truly enjoyed rooms with bath. The staff was very amiable at this place. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect - short walk to the roof top restaurant, Kazakhstan, and center.

The property was fairly clean and staff was very kind and polite. Truly enjoyed the room with bath, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a colorful amusement park. I recommend the place.

I recently stayed at the new Doubletree by Hilton in Almaty for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was immaculately clean, with a great spa and all the facilities were top-notch. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always eager to assist with anything I needed. The room itself was absolutely lovely, with a comfortable bed and stunning views. The location was perfect, with many attractions close by. I also appreciated the inclusion of a water hose in the bathroom, a nice touch for Arab guests. a fantastic stay with great value for money.

The customer service at Doubletree By Hilton was phenomenal. The front counter staff went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests, including organizing transportation and even arranging flowers for us. The location of the hotel was also excellent. The facilities were brand new and clean, and the spa was great. Despite some minor language barriers with a few staff members, overall the service was exceptional. I would definitely choose to stay here again without any hesitation.

perfect and great location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. we stopped by croissant for coffee and treats, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.
